It was not easy to get this adventure. You know I had to drive to malang from sidoarjo for getting the special bus to jogja direction and I just had time two hours more than it the bus will leave me. However, I did it and I still had chanced for shower and dinner then run to bus. The matter my jacket, shoes and some clothes are left in my house so I have to buy the new.
Yogyakarta
often also called Yogya,
Jogja, Jogjakarta is a place where tradition and modern
dynamics are going on together continuously in south East Asia. When the
Mataram Kingdom at that time jogja was the center of ancient Mataram Kingdom
and this kingdom built Borobudur which was the biggest tample in the world, 300
years ago before Angkor Wat in camdia. Now, let me tell you some adventures in
jogja.
1.
Indrayanti
Beach
This is the first place that I
visited in jogja. I’ve been arriving in the morning so the condition not really
crowd. I don’t think the way to Indrayanti is easy enough because the road to
be here’s too small, steeply, curvy and hilly. You know this beach is one of
beaches that stretch along kidul mountain coasts and this beach is located in
tepus. You can take a bus from Giwangan Bus Station and stop at wonosari then
continue by taking minibus to the beach.
Such a hot day in the hill of Indrayanti beach |
My journey to this beach was amazing
for me. I walked around the hill beside this ocean and I could smell the fresh
air condition and heard the wave of ocean, bird and wind, what I thought are
naturals. When night time in this
seashore there is some performance of Javanese traditional is like Gamelan. The
visitors used to stay over for enjoying the show of gamelan (a set of Javanese
traditional instruments) that can be found in the restaurant.
When I feel bored I will do it |
The only thing that I can’t avoid in
all my adventure is Hungry. You know when you feel so tired and your stomach
sound loud like singing or whatever, it will make you lost control I think.
However, my journey to this beach was like Ranggo’s Movie according my
imagination but I didn’t look for water. My advice for this beach is “If you
have no idea or nothing to do you can climb some coral stones just like what I
did yesterday”. LOL…
2. Borobudur Temple
Unknown girl beside me |
Walking around the temple |
Enjoying scenery from the top of temple |
3. Paradise Resto
You know my hungry
finally, ended in the third place that is paradise resto. It is a restaurant in
Yogyakarta with capacity for about 700 persons which is became famous tourism
agent colleague.
In front of Paradise Resto |
Don’t worry if you are
hungry in the midnight you can eat here anytime you want because this
restaurant opens 24 hours and also serving various fast-foods.
My trip from Borobudur
to Paradise resto for 3 hours by bus made me so tired and sleepy but in this
restaurant gave some entertainment that made me fresh that’s Karaoke and anyone
may try it. If you want to try you just need up your hand and go to the stage.
Just having dinner |
I just had dinner in this
restaurant and I chose Sop buntut of food menu and actually, paradise
restaurant serves many menu as like Cah Sapi Lada Hitam, Gurami Bakar Lamau,
Udang Goreng Tepung and Nasi goreng Sosis. I chose sob buntut because that’s
cheapest and good for body. Oh no, frankly I wanted choose Gurami Bakar but
bla..bla..bla…I think you can suppose. LOL. After dinner I was full and ready
to the next journey.
4. Malioboro Street
Thousands of people crammed filling
Malioboro Street that from north to south. In Sanskrit, Malioboro means flower
bouquets. And here you also can be enjoying a romantic dinner in the sitting
stalls while listening to other street artist singing the song of jogja. And
please remember that malioboro is a series of history, stories and memories
that are intertwined in the minds and the charm of this street never faded by
time.
Walking up while looking the big building beside |
I
just enjoy walking in side of road and I saw big building in unique architecture
and you know the youths wear many kinds of costume and many of them using
Javanese costume.
That’s not Helloween that’s the ghost of Friday night kliwon |
You
can see my photo above. There are the ghosts of Indonesia and honestly, I was
afraid of standing around them, you know they are really creepy. However I was
wondering with them, they are creative and good in action. Okay, after walking
and seeing ghosts, I felt so tired I need to sleep that time to look for hotel.
5. University Hotel
This
hotel showed the unique architecture that combination between old Javanese with
modern style. Despite the location nears at International airport, the scenery
of rice field could seeing from hotel that gives you some fresh condition.
University Hotel Jogja |
This hotel also has some facility such
as laundry, rental car and 24 hours doctor on call and there’s restaurant
inside hotel so you don’t need go out if you are hungry.
Photo
above is the room where I slept yesterday and if you want to order this is only
Rp.359.460 for one night and that is completed shower, table, TV, AC and WIFI
etc. oh man it will be coddling but it also will spend the wallet.
Enjoying the scenery out of window |
I just woke up that morning and
opened up the window to see the sunrise and scenery. Actually I wanted making
some gyms but I didn’t know the room and I had no time enough, you know I had
to continue my adventure so I had to prepare for the next journey. My next adventure
is Merapi Mountain and here we go.
6. Jeep Tour Merapi Lava / The Volcano
This
mountain is a conical type of volcano located on the border between central
java and Yogyakarta in Indonesia and you know merapi volcano is the regularly
since early in 1548. Thousands of people live on the flanks of the volcano and
please remember that Mount merapi eruption type can be categorized as a type volcanic
weak.
The first camp of merapi |
That’s
the first place where is the car cannot go across except jeep, trial motor or
Tourism Ojek which you can look at photo above.
That’s my style |
For
exploring and enjoying the Lava tour you have to rent a jeep. You know the jeep
will take you around lava tour the price only Rp.250.000 and you can use it for
2 hours. That’s cheaper if you gather with your group chip in together to pay.
Forcing take some photos despite hard |
Can
you see that? That’s my ugly face when I was focusing to camera then my stomach
crashed up bumper of jeep and actually that’s so sick but I hold it.
Ready to go exploring |
Go
along exploring villages that had ever lunged lava and ash cold. However, I was
not really lucky because there’s soupy of haze and the merapi was fogbound. I
still could enjoy the fresh air and some scenery around even I took a walk.
I hope nobody looked at me when I was styling |
Using
jeep I through every village which one I stopped in dsn. Petung that’s the a dead
village because of merapi exploitation and I could see the ruins of builds and
stuffs just like a photo below.
Some keris in the Dusun Petung |
In
Indonesia the name is Keris it kind of mystic digger, every digger has each
function. I never had it but my grandpa has and it functions to prevent the
rain. After visiting that village then processed to go to the last place the
name is perambanan.
7. Prambanan Temple
Have
you ever heard the most awesome temple in the world? I supposed that’s Prambanan
temple. The construction of temple is extraordinarily beautiful building and
you know that’s 5 meters higher than Borobudur and you know there is a legend
as the story tells, there was a man named Bandung Bondowoso who loved Roro
jonggrang but Roro didn’t love him then to refuse his love, Roro asked Bandung
to make her a temple with 1000 statues only in one night time.
The amazing temple I had ever seen |
I’m
sorry for my photo that’s not really clear you know I used Samsung camera and
it was not good enough in the dark. By the way actually, there are many temple
had collapsed.
Below the prambanan temple |
I
walked below the temple and I was amazed how awesome the architecture of the
temple and I didn’t think there’s the second temple in this world except
prambanan.
Knock..knock..knockin’ on temple door…(Singing) |
Once
more!!! It’s my photo when I was so tired and felt like going to fainted in
solo after adventuring jogja.
No Power |
